We are first generation bakers specializing in naturally leavened artisan breads made from locally grown and stone milled organic grains.

After long standing careers in fine dining kitchens through out Northwest Indiana we have found our true passion and purpose. We strive to serve our community by offering the highest quality of handcrafted organic sourdough breads and baked goods.

We are fortunate to have access to the highest quality organic local grain imaginable. Janie's Mill is a leading example in the field for regenerative farming and sustainable agriculture. Their devotion to their craft as well as the care they show their customers is unmatched. We are proud to ferment these superior grains for the benefit of all involved.
